Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2024/TT-BCA dated January 22, 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating emulation and reward work of the People's Public Security force and the movement of the entire people to protect national security; Decision No. 7929 dated October 7, 2022 promulgating the Procedure for proposing and considering awarding emulation titles and forms of commendation in the City Police, Hanoi City Police collects public opinions on considering commendation for collectives and individuals with achievements in ensuring security and safety of the General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping's delegation, specifically:
- Propose that the Prime Minister award a Certificate of Merit to the Hanoi City Police and Colonel Nguyen Thanh Long, Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police.
