Reason for Deputy Director of Department of Home Affairs to retire early

Quang Tri - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Tri province retired with 3 years left on the job.

On January 17, Mr. Nguyen Van Hiet - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Tri province confirmed that he had submitted a request to retire.

According to regulations, Mr. Hiet has 3 years left until retirement age.

Mr. Hiet said the reason for retiring early is because he is old, has enthusiasm and responsibility, but is not as creative as young people.

“To facilitate the organization, I would like to retire early. I want to give opportunities to the youth, so that the organization can be more efficient and effective,” said Mr. Nguyen Van Hiet.

It is known that Mr. Hiet was born in 1966, from Trieu Trach commune, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province. He has a total of over 35 years of social insurance contributions.

Mr. Ngo Quang Chien - Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Tri province informed that some leaders of other departments also intend to retire early to facilitate the process of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.
