Among those who asked to retire was Mr. Bien Van Sinh - Deputy Head of the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality (Department of Science and Technology) - although he still had 4 years to retire, he boldly expressed his wish to retire early.
Mr. Tran Hai Binh - Deputy Head of General Measurement Department, Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality - has more than 8 years of work left before retirement age but has voluntarily applied for early retirement.
Ms. Diep Quynh Nhu - specialist of the Department of Technology and Specialized Management, Department of Science and Technology - has more than 5 years of work left before retirement age but has applied for early retirement.
According to Mr. Bui Quang Hoan - Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh, those who apply for early retirement are very admirable, demonstrating a spirit of proactive self-sacrifice to facilitate the organization in streamlining the apparatus and operating effectively and efficiently.
The Department's leaders acknowledged and appreciated the sense of responsibility and exemplary behavior of the officers who requested early retirement.
