"Here, we only stop at the policy level, not discussing until 10 specific resolutions, not discussing which policies are reasonable, which policies need to be legalized, which policies need to be stopped," said the delegate.
According to the delegate, when the policy is approved, on the basis of 10 specific resolutions, it will be reviewed for completion. For example, a special resolution of Hai Phong city, in this session, after review, was also issued immediately.
