On the afternoon of July 2nd, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission organized a national conference to summarize propaganda and mass mobilization work in the first 6 months of the year, deploying tasks for the last 6 months of 2026 in a direct form, combined online with 567 bridge points of the Provincial and Commune-level Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commissions.
Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet chaired the Conference.
Reporting at the Conference said that in the first 6 months of 2026, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization (TGDV) sector nationwide has made efforts to comprehensively innovate, both in thinking, content and methods, methods of operation with the spirit of not interrupting work, not leaving areas and fields vacant, proactively grasping and orienting ideology, protecting the Party's foundation and firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc.
Strategic advisory work continues to make strong progress, further affirming the role of the sector in researching, summarizing practice, developing theory and concretizing major Party policies.
In the last 6 months of 2026, the entire TGDV industry will continue to "go ahead, pave the way", do a good job of orienting public opinion, arousing the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, innovation and digital transformation; creating absolute consensus in society to drastically and effectively implement the major guidelines and policies of the Party and State.
The entire sector strives to encourage the entire Party, army, and people to turn the pressures of the macroeconomic situation into a driving force for national unity, firmly consolidate the people's and businesses' belief in the Party's and State's management, contributing to bringing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress quickly into practical life, strongly arousing the aspiration of the nation to develop and rise up; creating a solid premise to bring the country into a new era, successfully realizing the two strategic goals of 100 years of Party establishment and 100 years of national establishment.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Head of the Central TGDV Board Trinh Van Quyet clearly stated that from now until the end of the year, time is running out, and the tasks are very heavy.
Mr. Trinh Van Quyet requested that immediately after this conference, agencies, departments, units, and local TGDV Boards must immediately concretize the tasks into specific programs, plans, and products; clearly assign people, work, progress, responsibilities, and results.
The TGDV sector must take the lead in innovating methods of advising, directing and organizing implementation. Do not accept the situation of saying right but doing slowly, good advice but weak implementation, many slogans but few products, many conferences but unclear actual changes. Each task must have products, each task must have someone responsible, each policy must go into life.
The Head of the Central TGDV Committee emphasized that ideological work and mass mobilization work are the work of the entire political system, but the TGDV sector is the core force, leading the way. Where people's hearts are maintained, everything is maintained.
With tradition, bravery, intelligence and spirit of innovation, the Head of the Central TGDV Board believes that the entire TGDV industry will excellently complete the assigned tasks; continue to go ahead to pave the way, be sensitive in forecasting, steadfast in struggle, close to grassroots levels, close to the People, contributing to the entire Party, people, and army to accelerate and break through the country in the new era.
