On July 1, the Executive Committee of the Tu Minh Ward Party Committee (Hai Phong City) held the First Conference for the 2025-2030 term - the opening event of the first working day according to the 2-level local government model after the merger.
The first conference is of great significance in orienting, arranging the organization and assigning tasks in the entire Tu Minh Ward Party Committee.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and agreeing on the content of the full-term working program, the operating regulations of the Executive Committee, and assigning tasks to comrades in the Party Committee.
At the same time, it approved the report on the establishment of affiliated Party organizations, specialized agencies to assist the Party Committee, the Political Training Center under the Ward Party Committee; proposed the establishment of specialized departments, public service units under the Ward People's Committee and committees under the Ward People's Council and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Ta Duan - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council - emphasized: "The First Conference is of great significance, contributing to perfecting the organization, strengthening the leadership role of the Party Committee in the early stages of the term, meeting the development requirements after the merger. Departments and units need to immediately start their assigned tasks, organize the drastic, synchronous and effective implementation of the resolutions of the Ward People's Council".
Immediately afterwards, the People's Council of Tu Minh Ward held the 11th Session, term XXII, 2021-2026, announcing the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council on appointing personnel for the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council; Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee and approving the contents under its authority.
On the same afternoon, the Ward People's Committee held a Conference to approve the Draft Working Regulations, assign tasks to Chairmen, Vice Chairmen and members of the People's Committee; at the same time, report on the socio-economic development situation in the first 6 months of the year and the direction and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.
