After 2 days of urgent and serious work with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", on the morning of October 3, the 20th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, closed, completing all the contents of the proposed program.
In his closing speech, Nghe An Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung emphasized that the success of the Congress affirmed the unity in will, consensus in action and aspiration for new development of the entire Party Committee, government, enterprise and people of Nghe An.
The Congress passed a Resolution and an action program with many breakthrough targets and tasks, striving to make Nghe An a fairly good and extremely developed province at the national level by 2030.
The Provincial Party Secretary also requested that immediately after the Congress, Party committees, authorities and organizations at all levels urgently organize the study and dissemination of the Resolution; develop a specific plan, clearly assign responsibilities, and create an emulation atmosphere right from the beginning of the term.
At the same time, the entire political system needs to focus on overcoming the severe consequences of storm No. 10, ensuring that no one goes hungry, no family is left without a place to live, and quickly stabilizes their lives, production and business.
The Congress calls on all cadres, party members, armed forces, business community and people to unite, take advantage of opportunities, arouse potential, and be determined to build Nghe An into a province, contributing to realizing the aspiration for a strong Vietnam by 2045 Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung emphasized.
