Accordingly, the Congress reported the results of the first Conference of the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee held on the afternoon of October 1.
As a result, the Conference elected the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 15 members. Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam - Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, term XIX, 2020 - 2025, was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, term XX, 2025 - 2030 with an absolute majority of votes.
Mr. Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the 19th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee was re-elected as Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, member of the Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee, was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.
The 20th Provincial Party Committee has elected 13 members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee. Mr. Duong Tat Thang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, term XX.
The Congress also elected 21 official delegates to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam (53 years old, from Thai Nguyen province) is a master of engineering, a bridge and tunnel construction engineer.
In August 2021, Mr. Lam was appointed Deputy Minister of Transport. In March 2025, he was transferred and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.
