On July 17, information from Nghe An Provincial Party Committee said that up to now, the province has arranged 9,928 cadres, civil servants, and public employees to work at 130 commune-level administrative units, including 4,063 people from the Party and 5,865 people from the government.
The province has also directed the completion of facilities, especially public administrative service centers at the commune level, for smooth and efficient operation. These centers have initially created favorable conditions for people to access public services, in accordance with the spirit of " Bringing the government closer to the people, closer to the people, better serving the people".
In the first 6 months of 2025, despite many major tasks, Nghe An still achieved economic growth of 8.24%, striving to reach 10.5% for the whole year. In terms of society, the province is urgently completing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses before July 31, 2025. To date, 20,562 units have been completed, with only 38 units remaining unconstructed.
Education continues to affirm its position as Nghe An leads the country in the average score of the 2024 - 2025 high school graduation exam.
The province is also focusing on implementing a "four pillar ministries" including Resolutions 57, 59, 66, 68 of the Politburo, especially Resolution 57 on digital transformation with 81 key tasks in 2025.
Preparations for Party congresses at all levels have been systematically implemented. The province has issued guidelines for document development for 130 grassroots party organizations in communes and wards; established 11 working groups chaired by members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to approve congresses in accordance with procedures, in accordance with the characteristics of each locality.
