On the morning of February 13, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on organizational structure and personnel work at Party Committees and agencies under the Provincial Party Committee.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on ending the activities of party delegations and party executive committees established by the Provincial Party Committee.
Specifically, the Provincial Party Standing Committee decided to end the activities of 8 party delegations and 3 party executive committees, including: Party delegation of the Provincial People's Council, Party delegation of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Party delegation of the Provincial Women's Union, Party delegation of the Provincial Labor Federation, Party delegation of the Provincial Farmers' Association, Party delegation of the Provincial Veterans' Association, Party delegation of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, Party delegation of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Court, Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy.
In addition, the Provincial Party Standing Committee decided to end the activities of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee, the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee and the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board.
At the same time, the decision was made to establish the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term, under the Provincial Party Executive Committee. These two Party Committees will officially come into operation from February 13, 2025.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee also decided to appoint personnel to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
At the time of establishment, the Provincial Party Committee had 20 grassroots party organizations with 722 party members. Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee has 67 grassroots party organizations with 7,346 party members, including 51 grassroots party organizations with 5,482 party members who were formerly under the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and 16 grassroots party organizations with 1,864 party members who were formerly under the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Enterprises.
Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also decided to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, the name after the merger is the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
Mr. Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has seven Deputy Heads, including Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa, Vo Van Dung, Nguyen Thi Thom, Tran Quoc Khanh, Pham Ngoc Canh, Phan Thanh Doai, and Phan Dinh Dat.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and presented flowers to congratulate the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee agencies, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
