On August 10 and 11, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Party Committee solemnly held the 15th Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030 (Congress).
Attending and directing the Congress were Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies Tran Cam Tu. Also attending the Congress were Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung.
On the side of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, there were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang - Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council.
Speaking at the Congress, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu praised and acknowledged the comprehensive achievements and results that the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics has achieved in the recent term.
Emphasizing the tasks in the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat requested to promote the leadership role of the Party Committee in implementing the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Development Strategy to 2030 and the vision of 2045 approved by the Politburo to continue to consolidate and enhance the position of the Academy.
In particular, it is necessary to organize and effectively implement two top tasks: Innovation, improving the quality of training, fostering leaders and managers according to the motto "learner is the center, school is the foundation, lecturers are the driving force" and promoting scientific research, supplementing and developing the Party's ideological foundation, providing scientific and practical arguments for the Party and State to plan guidelines, policies, strategies, policies and laws.
Carefully build a team of cadres, party members, and lecturers who are truly exemplary in all aspects, theoretically, deeply specialized, close to reality, proficient in the application of digital technology, and capable of working in an environment of international integration. Research and propose special mechanisms to discover and promote talents.
There are fundamental solutions in building a team of "experts" with prestige and practical experience; domestic and international scientists and experts alongside the "organic lecturers" team, forming "two pillars" of the lecturer force, contributing to strengthening the unity between theory and practice in the work of the Party school.
Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized that the Academy needs to continue to thoroughly grasp, lead, and effectively direct the implementation of General Secretary To Lam's instructions: Building the Academy to truly become a red address to nurture the good qualities of communists; a cradle to practice Party spirit, Party culture and strong political will for cadres and Party members participating in studying and fostering at the Academy as General Secretary To Lam has directed.
Each cadre, lecturer, and trainee of the Academy must absorb and implement the advice of beloved Uncle Ho in the traditional Golden Book of the School, which is "Learning to work, be a person, be a cadre. Study to serve the unity, the class and the people, the Fatherland and humanity.
The Standing Secretariat believes that the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics will lead the Academy to continuously develop and excellently complete all tasks assigned by the Party, State and People, worthy of being the Party School named after the beloved Uncle Ho.
