Implementing the Resolution on personnel work in Notice No. 1621-TB/TU dated June 15, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has agreed in principle to transfer Ms. Bui Thi Huong - Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council - to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary, and introduce her to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Tuan Chau Ward.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council submitted to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval to dismiss Ms. Bui Thi Huong from the position of Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term XIV, 2021-2026.
To supplement and perfect the position of Head of the Provincial People's Council's Economic - Budget Committee, at the session, the Provincial People's Council approved the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on introducing personnel and electing the Head of the Provincial People's Council's Economic - Budget Committee for the 14th term, 2021-2026 term for Ms. Do Thi Ninh Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Dam Ha District Party Committee, delegate of the Provincial People's Council.
As a result, 100% of the Provincial People's Council delegates unanimously elected Ms. Do Thi Ninh Huong to hold the position of Head of the Provincial People's Council's Economic and Budget Committee, term XIV, 2021-2026.
Before holding the position of Secretary of the Dam Ha District Party Committee, Ms. Do Thi Ninh Huong held the position of Vice President and then President of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor.
