On July 11, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day on July 27, the working delegation of former President Truong Tan Sang and his wife offered flowers and burned incense at the Temple of Heroes and Martyrs of the Vi Xuyen Front (468 High Point) and presented gifts to policy families and meritorious people in Thanh Thuy commune, Ha Giang 1 ward, Ngoc Duong commune and Tung Ba commune.
