At the Ministry agency, the Department of Internal Political Security is responsible for assigning specialized officials to perform the task of protecting state secrets in the People's Police;
Units directly under the Ministry, public non -business units are responsible for assigning an part -time official to perform the task of protecting state secrets at the Administrative or Administrative and Collection Department.
At local police, provincial police and centrally run cities shall assign specialized officials to perform the task of protecting the State secrets of the internal political security department;
Notably, the rooms and the equivalent; Commune police, ward, township and equivalent; The police station and the equivalent are responsible for assigning an part -time official to perform the task of protecting the State secrets at the Administrative or Administrative and Collection Department.
The assignment of officials to perform the task of protecting the State secrets must be expressed in writing.
Officers perform specialized tasks, concurrently protect State secrets entitled to the regime and policies as prescribed by law.
In addition, also in this Circular, the Ministry of Public Security has abandoned the phrase "State secret documents digitized into a photo must be taken in accordance with Point d, Clause 3 of this Article" in Clause 4, Article 4.
Previously, in Circular 104/2021, the assignment of officials to perform the task of protecting the State secrets was prescribed by the Ministry of Public Security as follows:
At local police, rooms and equivalent; Police of districts, districts, towns and cities directly under the Police of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government are responsible for assigning an part -time official to perform the task of protecting state secrets at the Administration or Administrative and Collection Department.
