In Tu Minh ward, the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee on the establishment of party organizations and specialized agencies such as the Party Committee's Construction Committee, the Party Committee Office, the Ward Political Center, Party committees and agency Party cells were announced. At the same time, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee issued a decision to establish professional departments, the Public Administration Service Center, the Cultural - Sports - Communication Center and appointed leaders of affiliated units.
In Thanh Dong ward, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the ward organized the announcement of similar decisions, perfecting the political system from the Party to the government and mass organizations. On the same day, Hai Duong ward also announced the decision on personnel work and organizational structure. Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Pham Cong Quan Ward suggested that comrades assigned to new tasks need to be proactive and creative in management, coordinate well with the collective, grasp the grassroots reality to ensure the operation of agencies and units without interruption, meeting the requirements of serving the people.
