The People's Committee of Hung Yen province has just issued a Decision to adjust the assignment and temporary assignment of the number of employees and contract workers to support and serve according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP at public service units in 2025.
According to the Decision, the Provincial Monuments Management Board (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism) was adjusted to assign 25 people receiving salaries from the state budget and temporarily assigned 26 additional people receiving salaries from career revenue sources. The Provincial Museum has been adjusted to assign 33 people to receive budget salaries.
Under the Department of Science and Technology, the Data and Digital Transformation Center was adjusted to assign 17 people; the 6 People of the Technical Center for Standards and Quality Measurement; the Center for Innovation and Application of Science and Technology with 23 people receiving budget salaries.
In the field of Home Affairs, the Nursing and Care Center for Meritorious People was adjusted to assign 8 contract workers; the Employment Service Center was adjusted to assign 1 contract worker according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP.

In the health sector, the Thai Binh General Social Protection Center was adjusted to assign 8 contract workers; the Hung Yen General Social Protection Center 15 contract workers; the Provincial Center for Disease Control 12 contract workers receiving budget salaries.
Other contents remain the same as Decision 919/QD-UBND on the assignment and temporary assignment of the number of employees and contract workers in 2025 after the merger.
The decision also assigned the responsibility of the departments: Home Affairs, Science and Technology, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Health to organize specific adjustments to assign and temporarily assign within 30 days; manage and use the number of employees in accordance with regulations; review, arrange, arrange and transfer civil servants associated with job positions according to regulations. The Department of Home Affairs advises the Provincial People's Committee on managing the number of employees and contract workers associated with staff streamlining.
