On May 13, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision to retire early for 18 officers who are department-level leaders, team commanders and commune-level police chiefs.
Including 3 department heads, 9 deputy department heads and equivalent, 4 team-level commanders, and 2 commune-level police heads.
The officials voluntarily retired early to create favorable conditions for the organization of the apparatus, and preparing personnel for the Party Congress at all levels for the 2025-2030 term under the policy of the Politburo and the Central Police Party Committee.
Major General Tran Phu Ha - Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police - acknowledged and highly appreciated the pioneering, exemplary and voluntary early retirement spirit of 18 officers.
Major General Tran Phu Ha emphasized that the voluntary application for early retirement of cadres demonstrates a sense of responsibility, exemplaryness, pioneering and high political awareness in implementing major policies of the Party and the public security force.
The Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police expressed his confidence and hope that, with their contributions and extensive experience, in the coming time, the officers will continue to promote the good traditions, share valuable experiences to contribute to building the Thanh Hoa Police force to be increasingly disciplined, elite, and modern, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
Previously, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police also had 8 leaders at the department and district levels voluntarily retire early.
Also in the week, on May 14, Hau Giang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work, allowing 5 department-level leaders to retire early.
Accordingly, the Director of Hau Giang Provincial Police has decided to retire early with 2 department heads and 3 deputy department heads. Those who retire this time have submitted a voluntary application for early retirement to facilitate the work of restructuring the apparatus, serving the Party Congresses at all levels in the People's Public Security, term 2025-2030.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Trang - Deputy Director of Hau Giang Provincial Police, said that the comrades who have retired and enjoyed this pension have all had over 30 years of experience working and have been attached to Hau Giang Provincial Police since its inception.
On this occasion, the Director of Hau Giang Provincial Police also presented Certificates of Merit to those who received early retirement decisions.
