On April 28, Hanoi City Police held a conference to disseminate and disseminate policies and regimes in implementing the reorganization of the apparatus and promotion of ranks and salary increases in 2025.
According to Hanoi City Police, implementing Plan No. 282 of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security on not organizing district-level police, currently, the City Police is maintaining 526 communes, wards, towns and police stations.
In the coming time, Hanoi Police will continue to carry out the arrangement of commune-level Police according to the merger of administrative boundaries. Therefore, the units continue to be arranged to ensure streamlining.
In that context, the implementation of regimes and policies for early retirement, promotion regimes, and salary increases for officers and soldiers directly affected by the reorganization of the new apparatus has become a very important issue, attracting the attention of many officers and soldiers.

At the Conference, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Quang - Head of the Personnel Organization Department thoroughly grasped the basic contents of Circular 29, clearly stating the conditions, regimes, and policies for officers, soldiers, and commanders of units who wish to retire early.
Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Tam - Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel disseminated regulations on promotion of ranks and annual salary increases in 2025, and at the same time answered questions from officers and soldiers related to policies and regimes when retiring early.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police Department assigned units at the Department level, Commune-level Police, Police stations, Heads of units under the City Police Department to ensure objectivity, fairness, and compliance with regulations; ensure meeting the working and combat requirements of each unit.

The heads of the units are responsible for reviewing, evaluating the whole, guiding the steps for cadres and soldiers who wish, reviewing, and agreeing to propose to the City Police Department before May 15, 2025.
After the officers and soldiers are resolved, the Head of the unit urgently coordinates with the Finance Department to quickly and promptly pay policies and regimes to officers and soldiers to ensure completeness and compliance with regulations as soon as possible.
Regarding the policy of promoting the rank and salary level, the Deputy Director of the Hanoi Police Department requested to carefully review the standards, the conditions for the promotion and raising of the 2025 salary, especially the officials and soldiers who have changed their positions, send the results of controlling and verifying the Personnel Department in the earliest time, organizing the ceremony to announce the decision to promote the rank and salary level as prescribed.
