On August 12, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee held its 7th meeting to consider the report proposing disciplinary action against a number of violating party members.
The 3 cases being considered for disciplinary action include Mr. Bui Duc Hanh, Secretary of the Party Cell, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yen Hoa People's Credit Fund, under Yen Mo Commune Party Committee; Ms. Doan Thi Nhan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy Director of Yen Hoa People's Credit Fund, under Yen Mo Commune Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan, Party member of the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, under Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Cell, former Director of Yen Khanh District Agricultural Service Center, Ninh Binh province (old).
Through consideration, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee determined that the above party members had violations related to political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; and also violated the law and regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members.
According to the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the level of violation of all 3 cases above is determined to be very serious. These violations cause bad public opinion, affecting the personal prestige as well as the Party organization where party members live and the agency where they work.
Based on the content, nature, severity, consequences and causes of violations, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of expulsion from the Party on Mr. Bui Duc Hanh, Ms. Doan Thi Nhan and Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan.
