Mr. Luong Tuan Hung elected as Vice Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee
On July 28, the 18th Cao Bang Provincial People's Council held the 5th Session (thematic) to consider and decide on some important contents and implement cadre work according to its authority.
To consolidate the leadership apparatus of the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations, the Provincial People's Council has conducted additional elections for the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026 - 2031 for Mr. Luong Tuan Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Construction.
As a result, with 100% of the delegates present in favor, Mr. Luong Tuan Hung was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026 - 2031.
In order to ensure the structure and number of members of the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations, the Provincial People's Council has considered and elected additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term for the following officials: Nguyen The Hoan - Director of the Department of Finance; Le Van Giang - Chief Inspector of the province; Le Van Dinh - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade and Dam Thi Trung Thu - Director of the Department of Education and Training.
Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council transferred and appointed as Director of the Department of Finance
On the afternoon of July 28, Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Finance organized a conference to announce the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, leaders of Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 2789/QD-UBND dated July 28, 2026 of the Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Hoang Van Kien - Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance. The term of appointment is 5 years, from July 28, 2026.
Mr. Le Tri Thanh elected as Chairman of Hue City People's Committee
On the afternoon of July 26, Hue City Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.
At the conference, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee - presented the decision to transfer, assign, and appoint key personnel of Hue City.
According to the decision of the Secretariat, Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City - was transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
At the 2nd thematic session, Hue City People's Council, term IX, 2026 - 2031, the City People's Council elected Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee - to hold the position of Chairman of Hue City People's Committee for the term 2026-2031.
