On September 25, the 18th Lang Son Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, solemnly took place with the participation of 398 delegates, representing more than 71,000 party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee.
At the Congress, delegates elected the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee, consisting of 52 comrades.
Immediately after that, the new Executive Committee launched the Congress.
The Congress also elected the 18th Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, consisting of 11 members, of which Mr. Vu Hoang Quy, Secretary of the Huu Lung Commune Party Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
The Congress elected Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem to hold the position of Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The three elected Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee include Ms. Doan Thi Hau, Mr. Nguyen Canh Toan and Ms. Doan Thu Ha.
Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, born in 1968, Tay ethnic group, hometown Lang Son province.
He has a master's degree in economics, graduated from the University of Commerce, University of Economics and Politics, and has a high level of political theory.
