At the congress, Party Central Committee member, Party Committee Secretary of the agency, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Lai Xuan Mon stated that with the important task set by the Congress, it requires comrades attending the Congress to uphold the spirit of responsibility, democracy, promote collective intelligence, actively discuss, and contribute many profound and quality opinions to the contents of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
In the 2020 - 2025 term, closely following the Party's guidelines and policies, the leadership and direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Party Committee at higher levels, the Party Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission overcame difficulties and challenges, focused on leading and directing the completion of a large workload, with many new and difficult tasks, unprecedented with the quality and efficiency being significantly improved, which was recognized and highly appreciated by the Politburo, the Secretariat and cadres, Party members and people.

During the past term, the Party Committee of the Agency has deployed and organized the implementation of the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and has completed 9/9 main targets set by the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Agency for the 2020 - 2025 term and achieved many important results in all fields, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Agency.
