On November 3, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work.
Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief Inspector of the province, was transferred, assigned, and appointed to the position of Head of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh is from Truong Ninh commune (Quang Tri province). He started working in 1987, and has held many positions in the Youth Union and local government.
He has held positions such as Deputy Secretary, Acting Secretary of the Quang Ninh District Youth Union, Vice President and then President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Quang Binh Province.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Minh Hoa District Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
After merging Quang Tri and Quang Binh provinces into Quang Tri, Mr. Binh holds the position of Chief Inspector of the province.
