On October 18, information from Nghe An Provincial Party Committee said that the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 18-QD/TU on personnel work according to its authority.
According to the Decision, Mr. Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee was transferred, assigned and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
The decision was signed and issued by Nghe An Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, effective from October 16, 2025.
Mr. Pham Trong Hoang was appointed to the position of Head of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, replacing Mr. Le Duc Cuong who retired under the regime.
Mr. Pham Trong Hoang was born in 1969, hometown in Hop Minh commune (old Vinh Thanh commune), Nghe An province; joined the Party on October 10, 1990; has a high level of political theory.
From February 2015 to June 2018, Mr. Hoang held the position of Secretary of the Tuong Duong District Party Committee; from October 2015, he was elected to the 18th Nghe An Provincial Party Executive Committee.
From July 2018 to April 2023, he was a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee of the 18th and 19th terms, holding the position of Chief of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office; from February 2023, he was approved by the Central Secretariat to join the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
On April 24, 2023, the Central Party Secretariat approved Mr. Pham Trong Hoang to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term XIX, 2020 - 2025.
At the 20th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, Mr. Pham Trong Hoang was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
