Previously, on March 2, the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the cadre work process and elect the Provincial Party Secretary for the 2025-2030 term according to the regulations of the Central Government.
After fully implementing the steps according to regulations, the conference conducted a vote to elect the Provincial Party Secretary for the term 2025-2030.
As a result, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was trusted by the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee to be elected as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030, with 100% of the delegates present.
Mr. Dang Xuan Phong was born on July 8, 1972; native of Tien Lu commune, Phu Tho province
He has advanced political theory qualifications; professional qualifications: Doctor of Economics, Bachelor of Industrial Business Administration, Bachelor of Party and State Government Building.
He served as a member of the Party Central Committee of the XIII, XIV terms; National Assembly deputy of the XV term.
During his work process, from October 2020 - June 2021, he served as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lao Cai province (from November 2020).
