According to Decision No. 899, the Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee has appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Hien - Head of the Government Building and Youth Affairs Department, Department of Home Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, with a term of appointment of 5 years, from May 15, 2026.
Presenting the decision and flowers to congratulate, Standing Vice Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee Tong Thanh Hai affirmed that Mr. Nguyen Van Hien has worked in the field of Home Affairs for more than 20 years, so he has basically grasped the professional expertise of the industry and accumulated experience and capacity in leadership and management work.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested Mr. Nguyen Van Hien and the Board of Directors of the Department of Home Affairs in the coming time to focus on comprehensively reviewing the tasks and work of the sector according to their authority and assigned functions and tasks, prioritizing key and urgent tasks that affect growth and overall management according to the functions and tasks of the sector.
Previously (afternoon of May 13), Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 396 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on rotating and appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Quynh to cease holding the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sin Suoi Ho commune for the term 2025-2030, from May 15, 2026.
