On September 15, the Kim Dien Commune Party Committee held a conference to announce Decision No. 373-QD/TU dated September 12, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
According to the decision, Mr. Tran Manh Hung - Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center, Provincial People's Committee Office was transferred, rotated and appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Kim Dien Commune, term 2025-2030.
The conference was attended by members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chief Inspector of the province Nguyen Luong Binh; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Department of Home Affairs, Provincial People's Committee Office and the Kim Dien Commune Party Executive Committee.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision; Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh presented the decision and gave a speech assigning tasks.
The Chief Inspector of the province emphasized that the transfer and rotation of cadres this time shows the concern and trust of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in the Kim Dien Commune Party Committee, and at the same time sets high requirements for leadership and direction in implementing political tasks in the locality.
In his new position, Mr. Tran Manh Hung is expected to promote a sense of responsibility, be exemplary, and unite with the Party Executive Committee to build a clean and strong Party Committee, contributing to the successful implementation of resolutions of Party congresses at all levels.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Deputy Secretary of the Kim Dien Commune Party Committee Tran Manh Hung expressed his honor and gratitude for the trust of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and its commitment to closely following the grassroots, promoting solidarity, focusing on Party building, socio-economic development associated with new rural construction, improving people's lives, and maintaining national defense and security.
Mr. Tran Manh Hung (born in 1989, hometown in Bo Trach commune, Quang Tri province), before holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Kim Dien commune, Mr. Hung was Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center, Office of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province.
