On October 7, Mr. Truong An Ninh - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee had agreed to assign Mr. Tran Vu Khiem - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department - to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
The assignment of personnel to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee was carried out immediately after the 1st Provincial Party Congress, ensuring continuity in directing, operating and implementing the Resolution of the Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
Mr. Tran Vu Khiem (born in 1973, Master of Party Building, Bachelor of Literature), Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organizing Committee, was a journalist and reporter at PT-TH Quang Binh Station.
After that, he took turns holding the positions of Secretary of the Editorial Board of the Party Cell Activity Magazine, Deputy Office, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Secretary of the Tuyen Hoa District Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Quang Binh Newspaper, Director of the Department of Culture - Sports.
On October 5, at the 1st Quang Tri Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, Mr. Tran Vu Khiem was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee.
