At the session, delegates listened to the Proposal of the Provincial People's Council on the dismissal of Mr. Pham Hoang Son from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, term XIV, 2021 - 2026. Mr. Pham Hoang Son was transferred and appointed by the Central Party Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
Next, delegates attending the meeting listened to the Proposal of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council on introducing personnel to elect the Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee for the 14th term, 2021 - 2026, for Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The results of the vote of 100% of delegates attending the meeting agreed to elect Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, term XIV, 2021 - 2026.
Speaking at the session, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan thanked the trust of the Party Committee, the delegates of the Provincial People's Council, the support of voters and the people.
The new Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee affirmed that in his new position, he will be dedicated and devoted to the interests of the people and the common development of the province, together with the Provincial People's Committee, continue to unite, unite, innovate, and strive to successfully complete the tasks.
