The origin and main driving force of the Vietnamese revolution
During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always emphasized the role, mission, and strength of the spirit of national solidarity and great unity. He affirmed: "Great solidarity means first of all, unity of the majority of people, of which the majority of our people are workers, farmers and other classes of people. That is the foundation of great solidarity. It is like the foundation of a house, the base of a tree....
President Ho Chi Minh also pointed out that the greatest strength of the Vietnamese revolution lies in the people and if the people are united, they will create a champion strength: In the sky, nothing is more precious than the people. There is nothing stronger in the world than the people's solidarity." He also affirmed: "If it is easy a hundred times, people will accept it/If it is difficult a thousand times, people will be fine". After practicing the revolutionary struggle, President Ho Chi Minh summarized: "Solidarity, unity, great unity; Success, success, great success"!
Inheriting and developing President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, in every revolutionary stage, our Party has always affirmed: Solidarity is an extremely precious tradition, a strategic guiding line of the Party; the origin of strength, the core value and the main driving force of the Vietnamese revolution, which has the decisive significance in all victories of the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
Resolution No. 43-NQ/TW of the 8th Central Conference of the 13th tenure on November 24, 2023 on "Continuing to promote the tradition and strength of national solidarity, building our country to be increasingly prosperous and happy" sets out the goal of continuing to promote the tradition and strength of national solidarity, enhancing social consensus, strongly arousing patriotism, national self-reliance, belief, aspiration to contribute and build an increasingly prosperous and happy country; contributing to the successful implementation of the goal of Vietnam being a developing country with modern industry and high average income, by 2045 becoming a developed country with high income in the direction of socialism.

The lives of a part of the people in remote areas of ethnic minority areas still face many difficulties.
Therefore, to overcome difficulties and strive to be a modern industrial country with high average income by 2030 and a developed country with high income by 2045, there must be innovation, breakthroughs and streamlining the apparatus in an appropriate direction, operating effectively, efficiently and efficiently in accordance with the spirit set forth by General Secretary To Lam.
Referring to the 4 "pillars" Resolutions issued by the Politburo in recent times, including the content of Resolution 68-NQ/TW, Mr. Do Van Chien said that the development of a resolution on private economic development has emphasized "developing a market economy, oriented towards socialism, with State management, under the leadership of the Party". With the correct direction of the Party, we will certainly build an independent and self-reliant economy and this is the basis for unlocking development resources, so that everyone can be unanimous and join hands to build the country.
Referring to the role of localities in the development process of the country, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien said that in the process of merging and decentralizing power to be closer to the people, close to the people, listen to the people's thoughts and aspirations, the arrangement and streamlining of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State at the central, provincial and commune levels will meet that requirement.
