On June 11, information from the General Confederation of Labor said that the Department of Inspection and settlement of complaints and denunciations in the construction sector (Department VII) held a ceremony to announce the General Confederation of Labor's decision on personnel work.
At the conference, on behalf of the leaders of the JSC, Deputy JSC Le Sy Bay congratulated the leaders of the Department, department leaders and civil servants of Department VII who were received, transferred and appointed by the JSC.
Mr. Le Sy Bay said that with a very diverse force, the new structure and organization according to functions, tasks and powers currently require Department VII to make more drastic changes in thinking and working methods to meet requirements.
Regarding the tasks in the coming time, Mr. Le Sy Bay requested that Department VII immediately review the assigned work to continue completing; continue researching and developing plans for implementation; new civil servants accepted into the JSC need to immediately study the regulations and rules of the agency as well as the professional processes and working methods of the JSC to soon start implementing the new task.
Deputy General Director Le Sy Bay hopes that the leaders of Department VII will uphold the spirit of solidarity to operate the work to meet all requirements of the General Corporation, excellently completing the assigned tasks.
On behalf of the collective leadership of Department VII, Mr. Hoang Hung - Director of Department VII - congratulated the department leaders and civil servants who were received, transferred and appointed. Mr. Hoang Hung said that most of the individuals accepted, transferred and appointed are officials with basic training, matured from the grassroots, with deep expertise and a lot of experience in work.
The Director of Department VII suggested that department heads need to unify, thoroughly grasp, and focus on seriously and effectively implementing a number of key tasks. Immediately after this conference, urgently research and advise on the development of the Department's working regulations in the spirit of ensuring the principle of democratic centralism, promoting the responsibility of the head to ensure management, unity, smoothness, and close coordination between departments in the spirit of solidarity, for common development.
