With the above viewpoint, the Program sets a common goal of closely following the content of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo to promote communication to raise awareness, make breakthroughs in thinking innovation, create new momentum, new momentum in the whole society on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
The program strives to have 100% of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities develop and promulgate the Program implementation plan by 2025, and organize implementation.
