Solidarity, unity, great unity success, success, great success
From the time of building the country to defending the country, the history of the Vietnamese people has always been a majestic home of the power of the spirit of solidarity. President Ho Chi Minh has repeatedly emphasized: Solidarity is a champion force of
we will overcome difficulties and gain victory". The view of great national unity is a basic, long-term strategy, a vital issue of the Vietnamese Revolution.
That thought is not only shown in the revolutionary way, but also concretized by forms of organization in accordance with each historical period. From the 1930 Allied anti -Allied Association - the first form of the National Front, to the birth of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (1955), the National Liberation Front of the South (1960) and the Union of National Forces, Democracy and Peace of Vietnam (1968), all aimed at the goal of gathering and connecting people of people into solid unity bloc.
It is the alliance between workers, farmers and intellectuals; between men and people with ethnic minorities; between salary and spear, between domestic and overseas Vietnamese. All share the same burning desire: gaining independence, unifying the country.
Throughout the 21 years of war (1954-1975), the American empire and the wrong hands have deployed many strategies to divide and differentiate the Vietnamese people internally: From "special war", "localized war", "Vietnamese war" to destructive attacks such as the B-52 on Hanoi in 1972,
The fierce war cannot overcome the great national unity bloc that has been forged for generations. The combination of people's war and political war, military advance and mass rebellion has created a situation where the entire people fight the enemy, the entire people are the masters.
During that process, the political and armed forces were organized, trained, and well led under the unified direction of the Communist Party of Vietnam - a pioneering team for the intelligence, bravery, and will of the nation.
From the end of 1974, early 1975, when the strategic opportunity appeared, the whole nation was mobilized into a historic total force. Under the leadership of the Party and the entire people, the entire army successfully implemented the General Offensive and the spring of the spring 1975 - the peak of the historic Ho Chi Minh campaign, completely liberating the South.
That victory is the crystallization of will, faith, patriotism and above all, the strength of great national unity. That is the victory of the people, for the people and done by the people.
Inheriting and promoting in the new era
Imbued with the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh, our Party always attaches importance to building a unified national Front, constantly expanding and consolidating the great national unity bloc. Since Doi Moi (1986), a series of resolutions, guidelines, directives and conclusions have been issued to enhance the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations. The Central Resolutions all affirm: Great national unity is the driving force, the most important endogenous resource for sustainable development and national defense.
In fact, that spirit has been concretized by a series of practical activities: From the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" to "For the poor Day", "When drinking water, remember its source", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"... Campaigns launched by the Front and member organizations are increasingly in-depth, creating a strong spread in social life.
The connection between the State and the people, between regions, religions, ethnic groups, and classes in society is increasingly closer, clearly demonstrating the spirit of great solidarity that has been and is being strongly promoted.
History lessons and future aspirations
In the context of many changes in the world and regional situation, the process of increasingly deeply integrating into the international community, Vietnam must further strengthen the great national unity bloc, considering this an "invincible fortress" to protect independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity and maintain political and social stability.
Great solidarity is not only the task of any organization or individual but also the companionship and coordination of the entire political system and the entire people. We must continue to promote the core role of the Fatherland Front and people's organizations in gathering, mobilizing, connecting and spreading positive values in the community.
At the same time, it is necessary to proactively apply technology, innovate content and methods of operation; promote the role of intellectuals, prestigious people, overseas Vietnamese, religious people... in building a more comprehensive and modern national unity bloc.
The 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day is an occasion for every Vietnamese person to be more proud and grateful to the previous generations who donated blood and bones to independence and freedom. From the sustainable values of great national unity, we strongly believe in a bright future - where Vietnam develops prosperously, happily, and eternally with the times.
