On the afternoon of July 9, the Party Committees of Ho Chi Minh City Party agencies held the first Party Executive Committee Conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee; appoint the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Inspection Committee of the Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
At the conference, the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Executive Committee on the establishment of the Party Committees of Ho Chi Minh City Party agencies on the basis of merging the Party Committees of the Party agencies of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Binh Duong province and Ho Chi Minh City was announced.
The Party Committees of Ho Chi Minh City Party agencies include Party organizations and Party members of the three Party Committees of Party agencies before the merger.
The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also decided to appoint the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary and the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term.
The Party Executive Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Party agencies consists of 36 people; the Standing Committee consists of 14 people.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Agencies.
6 Deputy Secretaries include: Mr. Vo Van Minh - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hang - Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Mr. Nguyen Khoa Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Binh Duong province (old); Mr. Le Van Phong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committees of the Party agencies of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (old); Ms. Le Thi Hong Nga - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Ho Chi Minh City (old).
The Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Party Agencies consists of 10 members. Ms. Le Thi Hong Nga is the Head of the Department.
