Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan - Vice President - is Head of the Organizing Committee of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh - Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council has just signed Decision No. 57/QD-HDTDKT dated May 16, 2025 approving the Project to organize the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

Accordingly, the Prime Minister approved the Project to organize the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress with the theme: "Emulation for innovation, creativity, accelerating breakthroughs to bring the country into an era of strong, civilized and prosperous development".

The project aims to evaluate the results of patriotic emulation movements and reward work in the period of 2021 - 2025; set out the goals, directions and tasks of the patriotic emulation movement and reward work in the period of 2026 - 2030.

Commending and honoring individuals, heroic collectives, and emulation fighters nationwide; typical advanced individuals, exemplary models, and outstanding collectives in patriotic emulation movements at each level, each industry, in all fields, especially in fields; selecting the right people, the right jobs, and the right achievements to have a widespread impact in society.

According to the Project, the official Congress will be held for 1 day in December 2025 at the National Convention Center with about 2,300 delegates attending.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh - Chairman of the Central Emulation and Reward Council also signed Decision No. 58/QD-HDTDKT dated May 16, 2025 on the establishment of the Organizing Committee of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan - Vice President, First Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council is Head of the Congress Organizing Committee.

Deputy Heads of the Congress Organizing Committee include: Politburo member, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra - Minister of Home Affairs (Standing Deputy Head of the Committee).

The members include: Mr. Trinh Van Quyet - Chairman of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Mr. Le Khanh Hai - Chairman of the President's Office; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyen - Chairman of Vietnam Women's Union; Mr. Be Xuan Truong - Chairman of Vietnam Veterans Association; Mr. Hoang Dang Quang - Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Mr. Pham Tat Thang - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department and the Central Mobilization Committee; Mr. Tran Quoc To - Deputy Minister of Public Security ...

The Organizing Committee of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress operates according to the Regulations issued by the Organizing Committee of the Congress.

Assisting the Organizing Committee of the Congress are the Subcommittees: Subcommittee on content, Subcommittee on Propaganda, Subcommittee on Logistics - Security.
