At the meeting, the representative of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province informed voters about the results of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the session completed all contents and programs according to the plan.
On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh Province, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh thanked and acknowledged the voters' valid and responsible opinions. At the same time, she highly appreciated the socio-economic development results of Ninh Binh, which have improved the material and spiritual life of the people.
Regarding the streamlining of the apparatus, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh emphasized: This is an objective and inevitable requirement of the political system for the apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently. This streamlining is in the spirit of going hand in hand with streamlining the payroll, restructuring the staff with sufficient qualities and capacity to match the tasks. From there, resources will be focused on key areas, on truly worthy and suitable people.
According to the roadmap for the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in Ninh Binh province in the period of 2023 - 2025, Ninh Binh will merge Hoa Lu district and Ninh Binh city to establish Hoa Lu city; 43 commune-level administrative units are subject to arrangement and are related.
With the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time, the province does not wait for the district, the district does not wait for the grassroots", Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh suggested that Ninh Binh needs to streamline the apparatus with the highest determination. Along with that, the province focuses on reviewing regulations, immediately handling difficulties and problems within its authority, not shirking or avoiding responsibility. Ninh Binh needs to promote all local resources, especially effectively exploiting different potentials, outstanding opportunities, competitive advantages, creating a favorable environment for people, businesses, and socio-economic development.
Voters' opinions will be compiled by the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province into groups of issues to be presented to the National Assembly and Central agencies in the upcoming session.
