Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh requested the use and application of designed software, monitoring the work processing process, and moving towards removing paper documents.

On April 9, in Hanoi, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh - Head of the National Assembly's Steering Committee for Digital Transformation chaired a working conference with National Assembly agencies and the National Assembly Office on strengthening the use of the Document Management and Electronic Administration Software System.

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh emphasized the importance of enhancing digital transformation, urgently applying advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency in performing the functions and tasks of the National Assembly agencies.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly noted that the design software must ensure that it is suitable to the work processing process of the National Assembly, individualize the responsibility of each person and individuals, clearly showing the content/job requirements, the time limit for handling.

In addition, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh also recommended that the Ethnic Council and Committees proactively plan to work separately with experts to set out papers and propose specific requirements for Viettel Group to design in accordance with the characteristics of each agency; thereby, serving practical professional activities; after application, it must be deployed and used synchronously and consistently.

At the conference, delegates discussed and commented on many specific contents related to features, business subsystems, ... to continue editing and perfecting document management and electronic operation software to ensure suitability and improve work efficiency.

In addition, it ensures consistency, general handling process throughout the agency, while combining to meet specific factors in performing the functions and tasks of each agency and unit.

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh concluded that in recent times, agencies have coordinated closely and effectively, prepared many contents, and carried out many assigned tasks on digital transformation.

Some software has had products, has been tested, and has initially achieved positive results with many new and useful features.

This leader requested the National Assembly agencies to thoroughly grasp the National Assembly deputies, cadres and civil servants of departments and units under the Committee and the National Office to spend time regularly using and applying the designed and published software.

Including the content of handling documents to and from, monitoring the work processing process, and moving towards removing paper documents.

At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly also proposed to continue editing and perfecting the software based on both working and drawing experience, thoroughly overcoming errors and limitations discovered and recommended in the daily use process.

In particular, it is necessary to note: showing digital signatures; clearly understanding the process and responsibility for handling work; building virtual assistant software in the operations of the National Assembly agencies.
