On the afternoon of July 8, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee announced a series of decisions on personnel work, including consolidating the personnel of the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board after merging the two project management boards.
The conference was chaired by Mr. Phan Thang An - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
At the conference, leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decision to merge the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Transport Works into the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of the province, directly under the Provincial People's Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board also announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thu - Director of the Department of Education and Training - was transferred to work at Hoang Dinh Giong Political School and appointed as Principal of the school.
Mr. Luu Cong Huu - Director of the Department of Finance - was transferred to work at the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board, holding the position of Director of the Board.
Mr. Hoang Duc Tho - Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board - was appointed Deputy Director of the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board.
Mr. Le Van Dinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction - was transferred to work at the Department of Industry and Trade and appointed as Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang was continued to be appointed as Deputy Director of the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board.
Mr. Do Trong Khanh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board - was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Dai continues to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board until reaching retirement age according to regulations. Appointment decisions have a term of 5 years.
Speaking to assign tasks, Provincial Party Secretary Phan Thang An assessed that the cadres who were transferred and appointed all had a process of working and training in many positions, and were highly appreciated for their capacity, qualities and prestige.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested officials in their new positions to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, dare to think, dare to do, proactively grasp reality, quickly approach work, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
At the same time, agencies and units need to create favorable conditions for new officials to promote their capacity, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the apparatus after arrangement.
