On the afternoon of February 19, the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Conference announced decisions on the organization of the apparatus and personnel according to Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee (abbreviated as Resolution 18. Implementing Resolution 18, Phu Tho has had many cadres, civil servants, and public employees voluntarily resign from their positions and retire early.
At the conference, Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 8 individuals under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee who have pioneered and been exemplary in implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus according to Resolution 18.
Along with that, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to award the Hung Vuong Medal Commemorative Award, a noble award of the province to 8 individuals who have had many achievements, contributing to the cause of building and developing Phu Tho province.
The list of 8 individuals who were awarded includes: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Pham Thi Kim Loan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, President of the Provincial Women's Union; Mr. Nguyen Van Manh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Do Dinh Quyen - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Mr. Tran Tu Anh - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Ms. Dinh Thi Thu Huong - Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union; Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Transport; Mr. Do Ngoc Doan - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The proactive voluntary retirement of cadres, civil servants and public employees is a demonstration of a sense of responsibility and high consensus with the major policies of the Party and State, creating favorable conditions for the arrangement of the political apparatus and agencies and units.
