According to the decisions and resolutions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Inspection Committee of the Party Committee and Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of the Committees of the People's Councils of communes and special-zone wards, Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committees of 54 communes, wards and special-zone areas, Mr. Cao Tuong Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province - was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Van Don Special Zone.
For Co To Special Zone, Ms. Le Ngoc Han - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Co To District - was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Co To Special Zone.
After the announcement ceremony, the localities at the commune level after the arrangement in the whole province simultaneously held a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee at the commune level and the first meeting of the People's Council at the commune level on the morning of July 1, 2025 to deploy the implementation of some work contents according to their authority.
