At the ceremony, authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan - Director of the Provincial Police Department announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong - Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Manh Son - Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee presented the Hung Vuong Medal - a noble award of Phu Tho province to Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong - the new Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, former Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police.
