At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh, Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police, presented the decision to promote the rank of Colonel to comrade Nguyen The Tuan - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police from March 21, 2025.
Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh congratulated Colonel Nguyen The Tuan and suggested that he continue to promote his qualities and experience in leadership and direction in all aspects of his work, contributing to ensuring political security, social order and safety and building a clean and strong Bac Giang Provincial Police force.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen The Tuan respectfully thanked the deep attention of the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the Board of Directors of Bac Giang Provincial Police.
