In Tua Chua district, the working delegation listened to the district leaders' quick report on the work of taking care of policy families, people with revolutionary contributions, poor and near-poor households on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.
Accordingly, Tua Chua district is paying regular allowances to 31 meritorious people and 3,846 beneficiaries of monthly social allowances. The receipt and giving of gifts from agencies, units and individuals to policy families and social protection beneficiaries is carried out promptly and in accordance with regulations.
Tua Chua district also balanced the local budget to support over 40 tons of rice for 639 hungry households; organized encouragement, visits, reception and gave 1,070 gifts to children in special circumstances, disabled, orphans on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025...

The Deputy Prime Minister sent his best New Year wishes to families of policy beneficiaries, people with revolutionary contributions, poor households, workers and laborers in difficult circumstances.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the district Party Committee and authorities to continue to uphold their leadership role, pay more attention to vulnerable groups and people in difficult circumstances; be flexible and creative, organize many spring and New Year activities, and create a vibrant atmosphere among the people.
On this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister presented 30 gifts to policy families and people in difficult circumstances; the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor presented 100 Tet gifts to workers, civil servants and laborers in difficult circumstances in Tua Chua district.
On the same morning, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son and the Government delegation attended the power connection ceremony in Ngoi Cay commune, Muong Ang district under the "Lighting up Dien Bien" program. This is one of the highlights of the rural electricity supply project from the national grid implemented in Dien Bien province.
