Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long signed Decision 71/QD-TTg to dissolve the Steering Committee for Higher Education Innovation.

On January 11, the Government Office announced that Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long had just signed Decision 71/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister to dissolve the Steering Committee for Higher Education Innovation established under Decision No. 170/QD-TTg dated February 6, 2006 of the Prime Minister.

The Steering Committee for Higher Education Innovation is responsible for assisting the Prime Minister in directing the development of detailed projects to implement the goals, tasks and solutions for higher education innovation.

The Steering Committee also has the task of urging, inspecting and evaluating the implementation of detailed projects; researching and proposing to the Government important policies and solutions to promote innovation in higher education in each period.
