Strengthening the Steering Committee to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects

The Prime Minister has just signed Decision No. 1568/QD-TTg dated December 12, 2024 to strengthen the Steering Committee for reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles related to projects.

The Decision clearly states that the Steering Committee for reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles related to projects (Steering Committee) will be strengthened, including the following members:

The Head of the Committee is Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government.

Deputy Head of the Board is Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung - Minister of Planning and Investment.

Members of the Steering Committee include: Minister of Finance; Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam; Minister of Justice; Minister of Natural Resources and Environment; Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development; Minister of Industry and Trade; Minister of Transport.

In addition, the Steering Committee members include: Supreme People's Court Judge Nguyen Van Dung; Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham The Tung; Leaders of the Government Office; Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Do Thanh Trung; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh; Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy; Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Quang Dung; Deputy State Auditor General Tran Minh Khuong.

The Decision clearly states that the Head of the Steering Committee may invite additional leaders of a number of ministries, branches, and agencies to participate as members of the Steering Committee or request leaders of ministries, central and local agencies to implement, report necessary issues, and attend meetings.
