Dong Thap - Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra presents Tet gifts to 50 workers and laborers in difficult circumstances.

On the afternoon of February 5, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra had a working trip to Dong Thap; visited and presented Tet gifts to people with meritorious services, poor households and workers in difficult circumstances in the province.

Accompanying him were Mr. Ngo Van Cuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central organizations; Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Expressing excitement about the outstanding results that Dong Thap province achieved in 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra highly appreciated the province's efforts after implementing administrative boundaries merger, arranging the organizational structure in the 2-level government model, and gradually building a streamlined, efficient, effective, and efficient local government.

On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra presented 100 Tet gifts to poor and near-poor households, including 50 workers and laborers in difficult circumstances in Dong Thap province. Each gift is worth 2.3 million VND, including 2 million VND in cash and a gift basket worth 300 thousand VND.
