To develop infrastructure, attract investment, and implement the Government's policies, Quang Ninh will coordinate with investors to review and develop an expansion plan to become a center for aircraft repair and production of machinery, spare parts, and aircraft structure equipment.

In the process of implementation, there should be specific plans and orientations for forming a large -scale aircraft repair center at Van Don International Airport; Relevant ministries and branches need to closely follow the conclusions of the Central Government and the National Assembly's Resolution on developing specific policies to develop Van Don Economic Zone to focus on solving and speeding up the implementation of projects and reporting to the Government for approval according to its competence.
The working group of the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister also surveyed the Ha Long Green Urban Complex project, Ha Long City.
According to the investor's report, in the course of implementation, the order of project investment procedures in the area arises difficult and difficult contents, related to the general planning of Ha Long City.
