On the afternoon of January 19, General Phan Van Giang - Member of the Politburo, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense - inspected the preparation of accommodation for delegates attending the 14th Party Congress at the Military Hotel (Hanoi).
Directly inspecting the conditions to ensure service for delegates, from the common dining and living area to the accommodation system, General Phan Van Giang requested relevant agencies and units to continue to thoroughly review each stage, ensure thoughtfulness, safety, convenience, and create the best conditions for delegates to rest and maintain their health throughout their participation in the Congress.
The Minister of National Defense also visited and encouraged guest delegates attending the 14th Congress who are staying at hotels; grasped the living and accommodation situation, and legitimate needs of delegates to promptly direct adjustments and supplements to the contents that still need to be completed.
Along with inspecting facilities, Minister Phan Van Giang also inspected the organization of duty and work of service forces at the hotel.
Minister Phan Van Giang requested the forces to strictly maintain the duty regime, closely coordinate between departments, handle situations that arise flexibly and promptly, and absolutely not let any negligence occur, even the smallest.
Also in the afternoon of January 19, General Phan Van Giang inspected the working headquarters of the Archives Center of the Ministry of National Defense.

Here, the Minister of National Defense inspected the actual workplace of officials and employees; listened to reports on the plan for arranging and arranging working space and facilities.
General Phan Van Giang requested the Center to continue to review and complete the plan for arranging and arranging workplaces in a scientific, neat direction, suitable to functions and tasks; focusing on ensuring absolute safety for the archived document system.
General Phan Van Giang also noted that in the context that the entire army is highly focused on serving the 14th Party Congress, each agency and unit needs to promote the highest sense of responsibility, proactively prepare carefully for all assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the Congress.
