From the morning of January 19, on key roads with delegation vehicles moving, the area of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs and the National Convention Center, the Hanoi City Police force simultaneously launched operations, organized to ensure security, order and traffic safety and order to serve the 14th Congress.
