According to the plan, the provincial level will merge the Center for Protection and Social Work and Children Support Fund; consolidating 9 district -level animal husbandry and veterinary stations into 1 public non -business unit under the Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary and Fisheries of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Consolidation of electronic information centers and public newspaper center.
Reorganize the Provincial Land Fund Development Center into a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, merge 8 District-level Land Fund Centers into the Provincial Land Fund Development Center.
There are 2 dissolved units: the Vocational Training and Farmer Support Services Center under the Provincial Farmers' Association and the Women's Support Center under the Provincial Women's Union. In addition, there are 9 regional general clinics that have ended their operations.
Merge the Reproductive Health Care Center into the Center for Disease Control under the Department of Health; 9 District and City Health Centers continue to operate under the Department of Health; at the same time, reorganize to provide services according to the inter-commune and ward areas.
For the district level, 334 kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools will be transferred to the commune level for management; 7 educational centers will be transferred to the Department of Education and Training for management.
Transfer the status quo of 19 public service units in the field of culture and sports information at the district level to the People's Committee of the commune where the headquarters is located for continued operation.
Reorganize 5 District-level Construction Investment Management Boards (Thu Dau Mot, Thuan An, Di An, Tan Uyen, Ben Cat) into units under the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board; organize the remaining 4 District-level Construction Investment Management Boards into units under the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to continue performing their tasks; merge the District Land Fund Development Center into the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to establish branches.
Implement the merger of 8 district-level agricultural service centers and reorganize them into 1 public service unit under the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Merge Phu An Eco-Conservation Center into a public service unit under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Transfer the status quo of district-level public enterprises and works to the People's Committee of the commune where the head office is located to continue operating.
Merge Bau Bang and Ben Cat Bus Stations, then transfer them to the Public Passenger Transport Management and Operation Center under the management of the Department of Construction.
According to the plan, the units will complete the arrangement and report to the Provincial People's Committee before June 15. The implementation of the arrangement of public service units is synchronous with the time of end of district-level activities.
Implementing the regime for redundant civil servants
Mr. Vo Van Minh - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with localities to handle the finances and assets of the units when arranging. At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to resolve policies for redundant civil servants and workers in the reorganization process.
